Excellent, texted last night and Mark responded straight away, said he could come next day to sort out the wasp nest above the front door. Arrived 8am as agreed, no fuss, got it sorted, very friendly and knowledgeable.  So pleased I didn't go up a ladder to do it myself, would have ended badly for sure! MSE Pest Control have given us 100% service. We've had problems with rats in the garage, the loft and getting into the cavities of our house.... They've solved the issue in a matter of weeks by setting traps, coming back and checking that they're wasnt anymore. Mark who was our main  representative was so reliable and has never let us down. He has come back regularly to check and remove the vermin caught and once when I wasn't available, Mark, made sure to keep in touch and be available when it was convenient for me. Fantastic service. Fairly priced. Very professional , friendly and courteous.  Initial assessment done quickly and follow up reviews done in a timely manner. All appts were communicated by text and Mark was always on time. I felt confident that i was getting good advice. Mark was knowledgeable and approachable. Mark has been a massive help to us in tackling our rodent problem. For one, he's very friendly and informative, and does not just aim to get in and out of a property as soon as possible. He was very empathetic and understood my partner's reluctance to harm the animals, recommending a humane extermination plan, which really set her mind at ease. He identified areas rodents might be entering the property and the work that would need to be done to keep them out permanently. He worked with a local tradesperson to remove/re-install traps once the work was done, and now we are no longer finding rodents in that part of the property. He has offered to attend to deal with unexpected escapes while my partner's father accesses some of the closed off areas of the property to do additional sealing work.
